3. Device & Usage Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and app usage metrics (via our Flutter mobile app) to improve performance and fix bugs.
4. Camera and Media Permissions (Live Proctoring): To ensure the academic integrity of our mock exams, our mobile application may request access to your device’s camera for live proctoring purposes. The camera is strictly used in real-time during the exam session to monitor the testing environment. We do not record, store, or share your video feed or photos with any third parties. Camera access is only active while an exam is in progress.

2. How We Use Your Information:

1. To grant access to the LMS, exam engines, and study materials.
2. To process payments securely and send transaction receipts.
3. To communicate important updates, exam schedule changes, or new course announcements.
4. To analyze aggregate platform usage to improve our question banks and AI generation features.

We will manually wipe your data within 7 days.

Data & Account Deletion Request: If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data from the NeetApp platform, please send an email to admin@neetapp.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address or phone number associated with your account. Our admin team will manually wipe your data from our servers within 7 business days.
