1. Platform Usage and Account Registration To access our NEET preparation materials, mock tests, and live sessions, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Intellectual Property Rights All content provided on Neet App, including but not limited to question banks, AI-generated explanations, PDFs, video lectures, and mobile application source code, is the exclusive property of Neet App. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
3. User Conduct You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Account sharing, attempting to scrape database questions, or attempting to bypass our security measures will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund.
4. Payment and Fees Certain courses, live sessions, and test batches require payment. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card or banking details on our servers.
5. Limitation of Liability Neet App is an educational preparation tool. We do not guarantee specific scores, ranks, or admission into medical colleges. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
